One of its most fascinating characteristics is its ability to reveal different aromas and flavors depending on the direction in which the glass is swirled: To the right (clockwise): notes of fig bread, ripe dried fruits, and spices emerge, offering a broader and more robust expression. To the left (counterclockwise): subtler and more elegant aromas appear, such as cassis, cocoa, and fresh red fruits, with a fresher and more tannic sensation. This phenomenon is an exclusive innovation of AurumRed, the result of years of research and development. Moreover, the wine has been designed to maintain its quality even after opening the bottle, without oxidizing—an exceptional rarity in the world of wine.
